Port\u00e9 par l&rsquo;Association Sauvons Le Reste (<strong>SAULER<\/strong>) avec l&rsquo;appui technique et financier de <strong>CBM<\/strong> (Christoffel Blindenmission), il a couvert les quatre provinces de la r\u00e9gion \u2014 Loroum, Passor\u00e9, Yatenga, Zandoma \u2014 et permis \u00e0 des centaines de personnes de retrouver dignit\u00e9, soins et place dans leur communaut\u00e9.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-66988236 e-flex e-con-boxed e-con e-parent\" data-id=\"66988236\" data-element_type=\"container\" data-e-type=\"container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t<div class=\"e-con-inner\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-ba95fe6 elementor-widget elementor-widget-heading\" data-id=\"ba95fe6\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-e-type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"heading.default\">\n\t\t\t\t\t<h4 class=\"elementor-heading-title elementor-size-default\">Un projet n\u00e9 d'un constat douloureux<\/h4>\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-243304f4 e-flex e-con-boxed e-con e-parent\" data-id=\"243304f4\" data-element_type=\"container\" data-e-type=\"container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t<div class=\"e-con-inner\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-1c756fbe elementor-widget elementor-widget-text-editor\" data-id=\"1c756fbe\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-e-type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"text-editor.default\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<p>Avant 2016, de nombreuses personnes souffrant de troubles mentaux vivaient en situation d&rsquo;errance dans la R\u00e9gion du Nord. Expos\u00e9es \u00e0 la faim, \u00e0 la violence, au rejet et \u00e0 la stigmatisation, elles \u00e9taient priv\u00e9es de leurs droits les plus fondamentaux : se soigner, se nourrir, \u00eatre reconnues comme membres d&rsquo;une famille.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-30d0f70 e-con-full e-flex e-con e-child\" data-id=\"30d0f70\" data-element_type=\"container\" data-e-type=\"container\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-c5d4aac elementor-widget elementor-widget-text-editor\" data-id=\"c5d4aac\" r\u00e9pondre \u00e0 cette r\u00e9alit\u00e9, SAULER et CBM ont con\u00e7u une approche globale combinant cinq dimensions :<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element data-widget_type=\"heading.default\">\n\t\t\t\t\t<h4 class=\"elementor-heading-title elementor-size-default\">Un centre d'accueil construit en 2017, au c\u0153ur du dispositif<\/h4>\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-e8e7e32 elementor-widget elementor-widget-text-editor\" data-id=\"e8e7e32\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-e-type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"text-editor.default\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<p>Le centre d&rsquo;accueil et de transit a \u00e9t\u00e9 construit \u00e0 Ouahigouya en 2017, sur un terrain de <strong>1,5 hectare<\/strong> octroy\u00e9 par la Mairie.
